Aspen Graphics 4.0 steps squarely into the world of Microsoft Windows® interface conventions. To remain true to our long-standing customers, Aspen Research gives you the choice to run in "classic" mode. In classic mode, you can run Aspen Graphics 4.0 as though it were an upgrade of any 3.7x product. By default, Aspen Graphics 4.0 is set to run in Windows mode. Use the Setup Options dialog to choose the interface options you prefer.
Aspen Graphics 4.0 consists of windows and a set of tools. You view market information using several different types of windows, each designed to show market information in a different way. Aspen enables you to customize as many windows as necessary to create your unique perspective on markets. Use the Window Manager to organize windows you have customized. Aspen Workspaces (a.k.a. Pages) are layouts consisting of one or more windows. Use the Workspace Manager to organize your workspaces. Aspen's tool set includes a formula language for writing proprietary analytics and chart color rules, DDE, hot key definition, and more.
