To display trend line labels, first click 
to enter
trend mode. Then click 
.
Once displayed, you can modify the label by double clicking on it.
One feature of horizontal trend lines, including horizontal Fibonacci lines, is that the price level is automatically displayed as the label.
Trend line labels are tied to the Tiny font. If you want larger or smaller labels, open the Format menu and choose Edit Fonts... Then change the size of the Tiny font.
