The Color dialog is split into two sections: Basic colors and Custom colors.
To select a color, click on the color you want. Then click OK.
If the Basic colors palette does not contain the color you want, click Define Custom Colors>>. This expands the dialog:
In this expanded form, you can defined the Custom colors palette with the colors you prefer.
