The Audio Alarm list box in the Edit Alarm and New Alarm dialogs enables you to assign a sound to an alarm. To select a sound, click the arrow controls on the list box. This scrolls through the available sounds.
Aspen is equipped with 5 default sounds. You can add up to 99 more sounds. Additional sounds must be .wav files and must be located in the Apex directory. Further, .wav files must be named using the following convention:
alarm<n>.wave
where <n> is a number between 0 and 100. The number you assign to a .wav file is its reference in the Audio Alarm list box.
Use the Windows Sound Recorder to create custom sounds.
